Exchange Policy

If dress received by buyer contains manufacturing default, LadyDemure will provide one free exchange ( for 1 instock item only) of similar value. No refund of difference if the new item is of lower value. Buyer to top up difference if new item is more expensive. Buyer to bear postage of exchange ( both for return dress to LadyDemure and postage of new dress to buyer.) All Items to be exchanged within 1 weeks of mail out by LadyDemure. LadyDemure reserves the right to reject any exchange. Thank you.
